Testimonials

I had not previously used a recruitment consultancy for senior finance vacancies but having met with Alastair to discuss a Financial Controller position within my business I was confident he would deliver the right person for the role. I was impressed by the way Alastair managed the recruitment process, within a matter of days I had interviewed a shortlist of suitably experienced and qualified candidates within the local area and was able to appoint the ideal candidate who started immediately. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alastair to anyone seeking to recruit within their finance department.

Roger Heap, Managing Director, Stylecafe Limited

..I was referred to Alastair by a trusted business advisor when I was looking to appoint a Finance Director. This was a critically important position within the business and I needed to make sure whoever handled the appointment fully understood exactly what I was trying to achieve through the process. Alastair came out to meet me and was quickly able to grasp the full importance of the role and the type of individual I was looking for. He presented a small shortlist of experienced, qualified candidates and as a result I was able to appoint a candidate who matched all aspects of the role criteria. The new FD has been in place for almost 12 months now and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of using Alastair and his business.”
